Questions

Which Odoo versions does it support?

Odoo 18 today, Community and Enterprise, on your own server or Odoo.sh. Versions 17 and 19 are on the way. Odoo Online (the SaaS version) does not accept third-party apps, so you need Odoo.sh or your own server.

Can the AI send something without me?

No. Every action is created as a pending proposal. Only users in the Approver group can approve, and the agent user created by the setup assistant can propose but never approve.

Do I need an AI subscription?

No. Without AI the app uses clear templates. With AI, you bring your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or a compatible provider and pay them directly.

What data leaves my Odoo?

Nothing goes to Nodkeep. If you turn on AI, only the fields needed to draft a message (customer name, invoice number, amount, due date, your company name) are sent to the provider you chose.

What email providers work?

Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho and any SMTP server. On Odoo.sh you can also use Odoo's own mail service.
